In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and demonstrate proficiency in accounting software.

Hours:

8am-4:30pm Pay range: $19-$22, BOE Responsibilities organizing shipments from truck lines Invoicing Will be charging Credit Cards for asap orders Run reports in Excell SAP (a plus) Customer Service, good phone etiquette and customer service (will be dealing with customers) Accounting skill (accounts payable and receivable). Good with numbers and detail oriented (data entry of numbers). Qualifications Proficiency in double entry bookkeeping and corporate accounting practices. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Prior experience using accounting software (SAP/ Quickbooks) is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
