Welcome members with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring every interaction is personal and positive. Perform routine teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. Educate members on

products, services, and digital tools such as mobile and online banking, helping them manage their finances more conveniently. Assist members with account questions, service issues, and general inquiries, escalating as needed to resolve concerns quickly. Maintain balancing standards and operational compliance for all transactions. Support branch goals by identifying member needs and referring them to appropriate teammates for lending, account services, or investment solutions. Maintain the appearance and organization of your teller station and the branch environment.
