Present and promote various vacation packages and deals to potential clients. Assist customers with booking processes and ensure smooth transactions. Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after sales interactions. Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system accurately. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and share best practices. Stay informed about current travel trends, promotions, and competition in the market. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the travel or telecommunications industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM software and booking systems is a plus. A passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
