We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Lead to join our growing team at DogBeach, a premier dog boarding and daycare facility in Jacksonville.

Position Overview:

As the Customer Service Team Lead, you’ll be the go-to person for our front desk team—leading by example, managing day-to-day guest relations, and ensuring every human and canine guest receives top-tier service. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to maintain a warm, professional, and organized front-of-house experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead and support the front desk/customer service team Provide training and coaching to new and current team members Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and reservations with professionalism and care Monitor front desk operations and ensure smooth daily workflows Assist with scheduling and performance reviews Maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and guest experience Jump in and help wherever needed—we’re a team!

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience (leadership or supervisory experience preferred) Passion for working with animals and their humans Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts professionally Tech-savvy (experience with pet resort software is a plus) Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Why Join Us?
