Job Summary As a Customer Advocate, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing branch operations. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business growth, with performance-based rewards and a supportive team culture. Ideal for driven individuals eager to develop their skills and advance professionally. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly branch administrative tasks (OA) as needed.
  • Maintain a customer satisfaction rating above 90%.
  • Ensure a 12-week lead time for sunroom, pool enclosure, and lanai projects.
  • Meet or exceed monthly revenue forecasts.
  • Keep Accounts Receivable (AR) below 10% and no older than 30 days.
  • Execute the Jump program and maintain the Production Log. Compensation Structure

$45/month

Variable Compensation:
