Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions. Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry into our computerized systems. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and resolve any outstanding issues. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance the overall customer experience. Utilize phone etiquette to manage calls effectively, ensuring a positive interaction with each customer. Requirements Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services when appropriate. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. A positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for success in this role.
