YOU WILL DO

The Patient Care and Customer Service Specialist will provide customer service in the behavioral health care environment assisting adults and/or families accessing services. We are looking for a flexible candidate with a ‘can-do’ attitude. This is a full-time position at 40 hours weekly and includes the following responsibilities: Answering phones by the second ring Performing professional, kind, and caring customer serivce Consistently upbeat and helpful to clients and staff Centralized Scheduling, backfill cancelled appointments Billing and data entry work in an electronic health record database with accuracy. Collect co-pays, payments both credit card and cash Working independently with minimum supervision. Able to follow established procedures. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Experience as a customer service representative in a healthcare setting Motivated and organized Computer experience and EMR experience required Current valid driver’s license in the State of Florida Level 2 background screen and a negative drug screen Professional References Must have reliable transportation to our St. Augustine Campus and/or Bunnell Campuses.
