Port St. Lucie, FL Job Summary Senior Nannies is seeking a dedicated and organized Client Services Coordinator to join our Port St. Lucie team. In this critical role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their home care needs are met with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. You will play a central role in managing client relationships, coordinating services, and supporting internal teams to deliver exceptional care. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients, caregivers, and the company, ensuring timely communication and resolution of client concerns.
  • Coordinate new client onboarding, including scheduling, documentation, and initial follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client communications, service requests, and case notes in our database.
  • Collaborate with scheduling, recruiting, clinical, and billing departments to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain reports on client satisfaction, service trends, and follow-up actions.
  • Organize regular client check-ins, satisfaction calls, and service updates to maintain strong relationships.
  • Assist in developing and improving client service policies and procedures.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new CSCs on service protocols and documentation standards. Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or customer service role; healthcare or home care experience a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM or scheduling software.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Creole is a plus.
