We are proud to be partnering with anational Pest Control leader and remain committed to providing acustomer-focused experience that delivers accessible pest controlsolutions in a simple, convenient manner. Now more than ever, weare dedicated to providing consumers with solutions that will costless and deliver more. Due to high demand and a growing need tosupport client contracts in the Port st. Lucie area, we areexpanding our Customer Service team. The Customer ServiceSpecialist will schedule appointments with qualified consumers,acquire and present extensive knowledge of pest control solutions,and secure ongoing business relationships on behalf of CoastalCoreManagement. Entry Level Customer Service Specialists will be giventhe opportunity to work closely with upper management and seasonednational trainers to receive thorough classroom training andeducation in all departments. As a member of our Customer Serviceteam, you will be given the responsibility of increasing brandawareness as the trusted face of our company, paving the path forfuture upward mobility.
Customer Service SpecialistResponsibilities:
Deliver compelling and informative presentationsto homeowners, property managers, and business owners about thebenefits of our pest control services. Identify and pursue newsales opportunities through various channels, including networking,referrals, and community events. Build and maintain strongrelationships with clients, providing excellent customer serviceand follow-up to ensure satisfaction and retention. Assess customerneeds and tailor pest control solutions to meet their specificrequirements, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.
Gain a deep understanding of our pest control services andsolutions, including treatment methods, safety protocols, andenvironmental impact, to effectively educate and inform potentialcustomers.
