Wallace Hyundai in Stuart is seeking a qualified service advisor writer to join our winning team! Qualifications Strong automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and service writing Excellent customer service and sales skills Proficiency in auto estimating and automotive repair Dealership experience preferred Familiarity with various automotive systems including transmissions, brakes, and suspensions Background in service technician roles and auto service management is a plus Responsibilities Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance services. Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of work. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service history. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service. Promote additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with dealership policies and automotive service standards.
