Do you enjoy working in team environments? Do you have previousexperience working in a Call Center and love Customer Service? Doyou have strong computer and reporting skills? If so then I have agreat opportunity for you! One of my growing, stable clients in the Fort Pierce, FL area iscurrently seeking new Counselor Leads to come join theirorganization. In this position the individual will be responsiblefor, but not limited to, ensuring quality assurance within CallCenter Department, conducting research and and working with problemtracking systems as well as other leadership duties. The ideal individual for this role will have the following: ? High School Diploma/GED; Bachelors desired ? Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) preferred ? At least 3 years? experience within customer service, sales, callcenter ? Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Visio ? Must be able to work in team environments as well as effectivelyindependent This position in a Contract-to-Hire opportunity paying between$12-14 an hour, based on previous experience.
