Guest Service Representative Extended Stay America Select Suites 4867 Inspiration Way, Wildwood, FL 34785

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information
• Answer phone calls and provide information to guests or transfer calls to appropriate departments
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special accommodations
• Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and activities
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:

• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
• Proficiency in using hotel management software systems
• Bilingual proficiency (preferred)
• Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with night audit procedures (preferred) As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
