Customer Service Representative A Wildlife Pro, LLC Florida • Remote Remote Position Remote position with a preference for candidates located in Florida’s Central Time Zone Full-time role with core hours spanning from 8am to 10pm. As a close-knit, family-led team, we handle each case with care, prioritizing humane and discreet solutions for removing wildlife like birds, squirrels, bats, and raccoons from homes and businesses. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our core operations and ensuring our work is carried out with the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues, helping manage information systems and logistics to keep our projects running smoothly. Requirements You will be responsible for the following: Developing competence with a variety of proprietary digital workflow management tools, all based on the Google Suite toolset Receiving, processing and dispatching a variety of wildlife removal work orders for many corporate clients, balancing good judgment and expediency Managing all work related information (including data, images and documents) across a variety of team databases and sheets Developing trusted relationships with select client and vendor contacts Proactively monitoring and managing dozens of outstanding work orders at a time, ensuring all client needs are met and all vendors are properly monitored Developing expertise in wildlife management, both to advise clients and vendors and to better make decisions independently under tight timelines

Strong attention to detail Ability to quickly learn and execute complex, multi-step information management processes with precision Strong verbal and written communications Athlete mentality and team spirit – default to proactivity and helping teammates Commitment to full accountability for all actions and outcomes, and to continuous growth and improvement Flexibility to adapt to changing organizational processes, demands and responsibilities Familiarity with Google Drive / GSuite products and/or the ability to quickly learn
