Front Counter Associate, Claim Processing and Customer Service Mac Daddy Sales and Services 6630 Land O Lakes Boulevard, Land O’ Lakes, FL 34638 Mac Daddy is a very clean family run mechanics shop. We are looking for someone to help anwser the phones and assist clients As a Front Counter Associate specializing in Claim Processing and Customer Service, you will be essential in delivering outstanding support to clients while efficiently managing data entry tasks. Reporting to the Ecommerce Manager and Owners, you will utilize your core skills in communication, phone etiquette, and customer service to assist clients effectively. Your proficiency in Google docs, microsoft spreadsheets and QuickBooks, along with your ability to handle cash and conduct outbound calls, will enhance the overall customer experience. Join our team to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. When ever there is not a client actively on the phone or in the lobby, the job will be 100% focused on claim submission, as we have many claims that require submission for warranty repair. We are willing to teach you anything needed. We are looking for someone positive, comfortable with talking to clients. Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Process claims efficiently while ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. Submission of claims is the primary task that will be done when not in phone calls. Utilize QuickBooks for financial transactions and record-keeping. Maintain effective communication with clients via phone and email, demonstrating strong phone etiquette. Assist in outbound calling efforts to follow up on customer inquiries and support sales initiatives. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proficient in English with strong communication skills Any experience in customer support and client services is a plus, but not needed. Proficientdata entry and typing skills Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a big plus

$13.25 – $16.25 per hour Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week
