This is a Remote Licensed Insurance Customer Service Agent role with a base pay from $40,000 to $45,000 annually, plus ample opportunities for bonuses.

Hours :

Monday – Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ( EST ) Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Outbound and inbound service calls Drafting emails and text messages Potential for cross-selling current customers Maintaining relationships with clients Servicing policies Addressing concerns and questions Professional development and training

Requirements:
