Duties Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Help organize our dispatch board using Service Titan (if you have experience with this, it’s a plus!) Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Assist with permitting Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and enhance overall service quality. Type efficiently to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Support sales initiatives by promoting products and services during customer interactions. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or customer support roles is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions to customers. Proficiency in office software applications, including data entry tools. Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
