Job Description
Description A Company in Daytona Beach, Florida is looking for a personable and organized Customer Service Representative. This is a contract-to-permanent position offering an excellent opportunity to transition into a long-term role. The ideal candidate will excel in customer interactions, administrative tasks, and maintaining a detail-oriented office environment.
Schedule:
12-7PM (7AM-3PM for first couple weeks of training)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and detail-oriented experience.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Input customer data accurately into systems and maintain organized records.
- Handle fuel transactions and monitor access to restricted areas in compliance with protocols.
- Communicate effectively via radio to respond promptly to calls and operational needs.
- Perform light office organization tasks to support a clean and functional workspace.
- Schedule appointments and manage reservations using relevant software tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations. Requirements At least one year of experience in a front desk or similar administrative role.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, including holidays and special events.
- Proficiency in answering inbound and outbound calls, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word for basic administrative tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
