Handle medical collection processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Educate clients on proper animal handling, restraint techniques, and general animal husbandry practices. Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care and client needs. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. Address client concerns promptly and effectively to ensure satisfaction. Requirements Experience or knowledge in laboratory settings, kennel operations, or veterinary environments is preferred. Familiarity with veterinary terminology is essential for effective communication with clients and staff.
