Helpdesk Technician ???? 

Location:

Onsite – Port Orange, FL ???? 

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (3 days: 8 AM-5 PM | 2 days: 10 AM-7 PM) ???? 

Pay:

 $25 – $30/hr. ????

Temp-to-Hire ???? About the Role Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a Helpdesk Technician to join our team and provide top-tier technical support to internal and external clients. This is a great opportunity to grow your IT career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. ????️ What You’ll Do Identify, manage, escalate, and resolve technical issues.
Install and configure software, print drivers, and utilities on workstations and networks.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
Monitor systems and take corrective action when needed.
Provide basic technical support and application troubleshooting. ✅ What You Bring 3 – 5 years of related IT support experience or equivalent education.
3 – 5 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work a varied schedule. ???? Preferred (Not Required) Experience troubleshooting desktops, printers, and notebooks.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
