Job Description
Evening/Weekend Bakery Counter Customer Service Smallcakes30A Inlet Beach, FL 32413 We are adding a few evening/weekend bakery counter members to our team. The bakery and creamery needs an enthusiastic, customer service employee. The ideal person will have a positive attitude be organized, flexible, and work well under pressure. The responsibilities include but are not limited to making customers/guests have a great experience once they enter our store, order taking, working the retail counter serving baked goods, serving and preparing baked goods, and ice cream. If you are a hard worker, love interacting with the public, this job is for you. The bakery & creamery location is a beach tourist location with incredibly heavy customer traffic March through October, Thanksgiving/Christmas and New Years weeks. Compensation includes a base hourly wage of $14 with amazing tips averaging $3-$5 per hour extra. Benefits include a fun work environment, growth potential, training, and free extra baked goods.
