The ideal candidate will professionally guide consumers through their accounts in prelegal and legal processes. The duties will include; educating consumers on the legal process and interacting with lawyers and various courts, both verbally and in written form. Skills necessary to do the job will include professional communication, active listening skills, reading comprehension, problem solving, multitasking and time management skills. Self motivation is required. Minimum of 2 years experience as a Customer Service Representative in an office setting is required.
