Customer Service & Sales Representative – Insurance The Gainey Agency Macon, GA • Remote As a Customer Service & Sales Representative – Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and achieving sales objectives within the insurance sector. This position necessitates active engagement with clients, providing insights into various insurance products, and guiding them throughout the sales process to ensure their satisfaction and security.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Assessing customer needs to recommend suitable insurance products and services. Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets while contributing to the overall success of the team. Utilizing comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients in making informed insurance decisions. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the company database. Following up on leads and inquiries to efficiently close sales. Participating in ongoing training to enhance your understanding of insurance products and sales techniques.
