Key Responsibilities:
Front Office Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and preparing accurate quotes with professionalism.
Parts Procurement:
Source and order parts with precision, ensuring timely availability for ongoing projects.
Workflow Organization:
Utilize advanced computer skills to manage our project management system, maintaining efficient schedules for repairs and restorations.
Local Travel:
Occasionally travel using a personal vehicle to pick up parts from local suppliers, with mileage reimbursement provided.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication, timely updates, and exceptional service, maintaining social media accounts.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
Strong computer skills are required; experience with Mitchell1 software is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with maintaining social media accounts is also preferred but not mandatory. Attention to

Demonstrated ability to manage tasks with accuracy and precision.
Customer Service Excellence:
Proven experience in delivering high-quality customer interactions with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
