If so, we’d love to have you on our team at YourTown Health , a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to underserved and diverse populations. As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the welcoming face and voice of our clinic-greeting patients, supporting care coordination, and helping ensure that every patient feels seen, heard, and valued. In this role, you’ll: Greet patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and empathy Schedule and confirm appointments, and assist with check-in and check-out Answer phones and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments Verify insurance information and collect copays or account balances Enter and update patient information in the electronic health record system Support a culturally diverse patient population with dignity and respect Collaboration with team members will be a key part of your day as you share insights and seek advice on challenging cases. Your schedule will be Monday through Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM, and Fridays from 8 AM to 12 PM. This structured workweek allows you to maintain energy and focus, while also giving you ample time to recharge and enjoy your weekends!
