Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates . In this role, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the PriSM POS system
• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers
• Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Help with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience with PriSM POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred
• Strong cash handling skills
• Basic culinary knowledge or willingness to learn
• Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
