Responsibilities:

Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Proficient in Excel Have familiarity with QuickBooks Manage email intake and organization Assist with property management tasks, including tracking complaints and coordinating repairs Request and organize bids for services Be open to learning software Have familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools

Qualifications:
