Client Relations Associate Fully Involved Moving Co Savannah, GA • Remote We are a family-owned small business looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide friendly interactions and accurate estimates to our clients. Duties of the CSR include answering incoming phone calls, returning phone inquiries and online contact requests, creating job estimates for moving services, guiding the client through the reservation process and communicating with the field team when necessary. The ideal candidate should have a friendly, respectful demeanor with clients, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and top notch organization skills to handle multiple leads and tasks in a shift. If you have previous experience in customer service, front desk/office management, and love to provide high quality customer service, we’d like to meet you! Ultimately, a successful CSR will transform a interested caller into a lifelong customer, creating jobs for the whole team!
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails promptly during office hours Provide accurate information on company services Prepare written estimates and contracts using provided templates and software Document client contact for follow-up Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Requirements:
Excellent customer service skills are essential to the position Must posses excellent documentation skills to enable others to pick up jobs and understand where in the process they are Ability to produce accurate, high quality written communication Problem solving and creative thinking skills Ability to handle questions and complaints from clients in a polite manner Good computer skills and willingness to learn to use several user-friendly software programs
