Customer Service
- Furniture Store HomeSource 9133 White Bluff Road, Savannah, GA 31406 HomeSource is a company that provides name brand furniture, mattresses, appliances, and home electronics to our customers.
The large majority of our transactions are lease agreements, in which our customers make payments to us weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or semi-monthly. Our business is similar to Aarons, Rent a Center, Buddy’s, Ashley Homestore, and Farmers Furniture. We have 4 locations and have been in business for over 35 years. We are locally owned and operated out of Savannah, GA. We are currently looking for a customer service representative at our Savannah location on White Bluff Road. You will learn our entire business from sales and collections to inventory management. If you enjoy working with people and getting to know customers, this can be the start of a great career! - Employee purchase program. Daily Tasks and Responsibilities
- Sales
- Help customers pick what they want for their homes
- Collections
- Work with delinquent customers to get their payments current
- Process new customer applications to approve them for an account
- Order inventory for the sales floor
- Troubleshoot and resolve product repair or maintenance issues
- Help keep sales floor merchandised, priced, and clean
- Maintain customer files and associated paperwork

- Saturday from 9:00 to 6:00. The store is closed on Sunday. You will also have one additional day in the middle of the week off.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Criminal background check required.
