Customer Service Representative Position Available In Chatham, Georgia

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Savannah, Georgia. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate product information about load securement items.
• Process customer orders, track shipments, and ensure all details are recorded and communicated effectively.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, including managing product returns and coordinating replacements.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to meet customer needs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Assist in generating reports, such as sales updates or inventory status, to support business operations.
• Guide customers in troubleshooting product issues and provide recommendations for securement solutions.
• Stay informed about company products, policies, and procedures to deliver accurate and helpful information.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge. Requirements
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred; general accounting knowledge is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, ideally within a B2B or industrial setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professionalism.
• Proven ability to multitask and manage inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with load securement products or a willingness to learn about them.
• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
