Seasonal Retail Assistant We are looking for a seasonal team member to join our women’s swimwear boutique! This role will require availability on Saturdays from 10 AM•5:30 PM and Sundays from 1 PM•5 PM, as well as random weekdays from March to July. As a Cashier/Sales Associate, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and facilitating smooth transactions in our retail environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, your core skills in cash handling, retail sales, and communication will ensure an efficient checkout experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in a fun, fast-paced environment.
Ideal Candidate:
Previous retail experience is preferred (bra-fitting experience is a plus, but training will be provided). Self-motivated, driven, and eager to learn. Strong customer service skills are a must—this job requires building rapport and trust with clients. Hands-on and proactive; you won’t just pull sizes, but will work directly with customers to ensure they find the right fit.
