• Clienteling with customers in-store, online, via text and over the phone
• Curating future sales opportunities utilizing clienteling applications in-store
• Work side by side with jewelers and designers on client jewelry
• Maintaining a clean store environment and organized jewelry display
• Minor restocking of displayed jewelry
• Annual inventory check by all store staff
• Dress professionally and fashionably
