Duties and Requirements:
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency Provide customers with detailed order information and support Accurately enter new orders, verify quotes, and monitor order statuses Process order changes, cancellations, and returns in a timely manner Pull and organize documentation for manufacturing departments Maintain accurate customer records and update order tracking logs Collaborate with manufacturing and shipping departments for smooth order fulfillment Perform general office and administrative duties as needed Utilize ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, or similar) for data entry and order processing Apply strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking skills
Key Skills:
