Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and service tasks Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools Meet personal/customer service team sales targets Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives Follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Qualifications Experience in customer service, sales, order fulfillment, or E-Commerce Strong phone handling skills and active listening skills Ability to complete tasks in a timely fashion Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Microsoft Office software and/or Salesforce proficiency Competencies Action Oriented Command Skills Timely Decision Making Drive for
