Service Advisor Neese Transmission and Auto Service INC Holly Springs, GA 30188 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services. Your expertise in vehicle maintenance and exceptional customer service skills will ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience while their vehicles are being serviced. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between customers and our service technicians, ensuring that all service needs are accurately understood and addressed. This position is extremely part time (one day a week maybe two if needed) Duties Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs. Provide detailed explanations of services recommended for vehicle maintenance and repair. Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing and follow up with customers as needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and payments. Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services and repairs. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently. Promote additional services or products based on customer needs and preferences. Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns regarding service quality or pricing. Skills Experience in automotive sales or service management is preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Proficiency in cash handling and processing transactions accurately. Ability to work collaboratively with a team of mechanics and other staff members. We can train as our system is very easy to learn Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
