Skills High School diploma or GED. Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese is required. At least one year of customer service experience Previous experience in a call center or customer support role is preferred. Strong phone etiquette skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience with outbound calling and sales is a plus.
