Customer Service Representative Jasber Group 1105 Main Street, Forest Park, GA 30297

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in the database
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to the management team
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Follow up with customers regarding work order satisfaction, meter installation completion
  • Assist in obtaining documentation necessary for account set up
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding their account setup, closure, restoration, and disconnection, and anything pertaining to accounts.
  • Respond to customer and internal emails in a timely manner
  • Assist in posting customer payments to accounts via telephone support and mail.
  • Performing additional office duties as needed
Skills:
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
  • Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Spanish, is highly desired
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and upselling techniques
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, El Dorado, Invoice Cloud etc.
