Customer Service Representative Jasber Group 1105 Main Street, Forest Park, GA 30297
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with empathy and patience
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records in the database
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement to the management team
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Follow up with customers regarding work order satisfaction, meter installation completion
- Assist in obtaining documentation necessary for account set up
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding their account setup, closure, restoration, and disconnection, and anything pertaining to accounts.
- Respond to customer and internal emails in a timely manner
- Assist in posting customer payments to accounts via telephone support and mail.
- Performing additional office duties as needed
Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Multilingual abilities, particularly fluency in Spanish, is highly desired
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Comfortable with outbound calling and upselling techniques
- Must be proficient in Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint, El Dorado, Invoice Cloud etc.
