Service Advisor Barber Auto and Air Conditioning 7358 Southlake Pkwy, Morrow, GA 30260 MUST

HAVE HAD EXPERIENCE IN AN AUTOMOTIVE SETTING

• MUST

BE DETAIL ORIENTED

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their visit
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them for the mechanics
• Perform vehicle inspections and communicate findings to customers
• Provide estimates for repairs and services needed
• Upsell additional services and products to customers
• Coordinate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience in automotive repair or service management is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostics and mechanical repairs
• Familiarity with tire services, brake repairs, and other common automotive services
• Ability to upsell additional services and products to customers
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
