Responsibilities:
Handle Inquiries:
Respond to internet leads and phone inquiries from potential customers. Provide accurate information about vehicle purchases and dealership services.
Appointment Scheduling:
Set appointments for prospective customers to meet with sales or service staff. Confirm scheduled appointments and maintain an appointment board in the BDC.
Customer Follow-Up:
Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database.
Collaboration:
Coordinate effectively with sales and service staff to manage leads and provide top-notch customer service. Funnel customers to the appropriate department based on their needs.
Performance Goals:
Meet or exceed monthly goals related to sales, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
Requirements:
Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
