Business Development Agent Riverside Nissan of Rome 1500 Veterans Memorial Hwy NE, Rome, GA 30161

Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information
• Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and order information
• Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Familiarity with sales techniques and the ability to upsell products
