Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship not available. Our client is seeking a Call Center Rep for a remote opportunity. Role Description Receive incoming calls providing service and information to customers regarding the Statement of Health process and the status of application(s).
Responsibilities include:
Efficiently access multiple electronic systems while servicing customer. Perform tasks in a customer focused manner to enhance and strengthen the relationship between the customer and client. Workers are expected to perform these responsibilities in a consistent, professional manner while exercising strong verbal, interpersonal and quality service skills. Skills & Requirements Ability to learn quickly and willingness to obtain functional knowledge and understanding of company products as well as application processing. Excellent oral & written communication skills. Superior telephone etiquette. Excellent listening skills and ability to articulate ideas. Able to maintain consistency of quality standards by utilizing job aids, work instructions and verbal direction. Ability to work in a team environment to improve the delivery of service to internal and external customers. Strong organizational skills; Strong ability to multi-task Ability to manage stress. Computer skills; proficient in use of multiple systems and technology resources. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous Call Center or customer service experience strongly preferred. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Requires working in a large team environment with direction from various supervisory roles.
