The Call Center Representative will work with patients to scle office s with providers, verify insurance information and patient demographics, and have in-depth conversations to answer questions and ensure quality customer service. The ideal candidate isfortable being on the phone consistently and abiding by a rigid scle (set times for lunch and breaks throughout the day).
Responsibilities:
Answer high-volume of inbound calls from patients
Listen to patient needs / concerns and provide accurate information
Scle patients for s with healthcare providers Review patient accounts and update records with insurance and demographic information Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma
Prior experience working in a call center environment
Abide by strict confidentiality standards
Generalputer skills Familiarity with insurance policies
