Client Experience Specialist AP3 Paint Protection 2620 Canton Road NE, Marietta, GA 30066 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Experience Specialist to join our award-winning team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and creating raving fans of our brand. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and assist clients with their needs through various communication channels. You will also make thoughtful recommendations to upsell additional services when clients check-in for their appointments. The ideal candidate is an excellent conversationalist possessing strong organizational skills and a passion for the luxury automotive industry. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer support and build relationships through phone, email, and text interactions. Make thoughtful recommendations to upsell additional services that would improve their ownership experience. Perform data entry tasks with precision to confirm all project information with the operations team. Provide daily updates with photos to clients in order to keep them apprised of project progress. Assist in resolving client issues swiftly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience. Demonstrate expert knowledge of our products & services to provide accurate information to clients. Review completed projects with clients, handle transactions, and explain aftercare instructions to ensure the best possible ownership experience. Collect Google Reviews and encourage referrals. Follow up with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction. Experience 1-2 years of experience interfacing with luxury or automotive clientele is preferred Dealership experience is preferred.
