CSR – Customer Service Representative Tuan’s Marietta, GA 30008 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and productive. Duties Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and promote services or products. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems. Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while communicating with customers to ensure a professional experience. Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues effectively. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required. Proficiency in cash handling and office procedures is advantageous. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in English and other languages. Strong skills in outbound calling, sales techniques, and data entry are highly desirable.
