Job Overview As a Customer Service/Dispatcher you will keep our business running smoothly by providing support for our customers and service technicians. You will manage call volume and scheduling skillfully prioritizing multiple requests. Organized and attentive, you handle dispatch and scheduling duties, selecting the appropriate technician for each job and booking appointments in the most efficient way possible. You’re capable of meeting challenges as you dispatch urgent service requests. Our skilled technicians will depend on you to provide accurate and detailed information. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated and independent proactively assisting in resolving problems. Your mission will be to make every customer a happy one while providing a 5 Star Customer Service experience. Monitor technician working hours to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications 1-2 years of HVAC Call Center Customer Service Experience 1-2 years of HVAC dispatching experience Previous experience in a high-paced customer service position Computer proficiency Service Titan experience •Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm w/occasional on call•Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment.
