Permanent Position Starting Pay:

$16.00 (DOE, with shift differential pay based on schedule)

Shifts:

Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts between 8 AM and 8

PM Position Overview:

In this direct-hire role, you will provide exceptional customer service across various channels—in-person and remotely. Your responsibilities include greeting customers, managing service desk operations, handling product returns, and assisting with auto dealership inquiries. You’ll also support customers via phone, email, chat, and text, resolving issues and providing post-sales support. Additionally, you will help with sales quotations, order processing, and offer specialized support for escalated concerns and field service coordination. This position is perfect for someone passionate about delivering high-quality service in a dynamic environment.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Respond to customer requests via telephone, email, or chat by analyzing their needs, providing accurate information, or routing them to the appropriate team member. Answer internal and external emails promptly and effectively. Achieve a minimum of 90% in customer service and sales quality assurance reviews. Provide timely order tracking updates to enhance customer experience. Manage product returns, ensuring a smooth and customer-friendly process. Report and document damaged products and initiate necessary protocols. Maintain organized records to support efficient operations.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 years of stable experience in customer service. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Experience in restaurant supply or commercial food service is a plus. Customer-centric with strong internet and MS Office skills.
