Responsibilities:

• Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Also communicate via web / text / email resolving customer concerns.
• Identify customer needs, research issues, troubleshoot, resolve complaints, and provide solutions.
• Work alongside technicians to determine if questionable issues are repairable prior to scheduling service potentially eliminating the need for service.
• Maintain ownership of customers from start to finish. This doesn’t mean you wouldn’t or couldn’t also be a help to a team members customer as well.
• Stay “in charge” by never letting the customer know you need to get with anyone else to resolve their concern.
• Build relationships with customers, going above and beyond to ensure they are satisfied.
• Build relationships with vendors/reps.
• Provide information about products and services.
• Interact with vendors to accurately process part orders.
• Process returns.
• Maintain all open service orders.
• Provide appropriate follow up to ensure you are calling the customer before they call us to get an update.
• Submit warranty claims.
• Stay up to date / familiar with common concerns with products so you know how to appropriately assist. Especially holds true with CPU and Curbside customers – they often have everything and just do not attempt to look for it.
• Take calls from drivers to assist locating customers, addresses, and assist with “live” delivery issues and provide the appropriate follow up.
