What You’ll Do Customer Service & Order Coordination (50%+) Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and walk-in clients Learn to quote jobs using PrintSmith templates (we’ll train you!) Write up orders clearly and accurately in our system Track project timelines, follow up with clients, and keep jobs moving Ask the right questions to understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions Build relationships through confident, clear, and human conversations — not sales scripts Help gently redirect projects that aren’t a fit for our shop by offering thoughtful alternatives Light Production Support (Overflow / Training-Based) Operate digital equipment like our Konica Minolta presses, Roland LG-640, and Duplo finishing equipment as needed (training provided) Assist during busy periods by helping stage, cut, or prep jobs Be willing to pitch in and learn equipment over time, even if it’s new to you Preflight / File Checks Review customer files for resolution, sizing, and bleeds Communicate clearly with clients about needed file fixes Export and prep simple proofs using Adobe Creative Cloud tools (experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll teach you) Who You Are Excellent with people — warm, professional, and easy to talk to A confident communicator by phone, email, and in-person A problem solver who isn’t afraid to try, learn, and improve Highly organized , detail-oriented , and able to manage multiple tasks without losing focus Comfortable navigating software, checking specs, and learning tools like Adobe and PrintSmith A team player who communicates openly and helps projects move smoothly from sales to production Prior print industry experience is great but not required .
