Customer Service Representative Position Available In Cobb, Georgia

Job Description:

Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Bilingual Customer ServiceRepresentative for a contract position located in Kennesaw, GA. Theposition involves providing face-to-face support for customers,assisting with account services, and offering backup support to thebroader Customer Service Operations team. This is an onsiteopportunity with structured hours from Tuesday through Saturday.

Daily Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service inface-to-face interactions.
• Maintain a professional, courteousdemeanor while communicating with customers and agency personnel.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner by collaborating withteam members as needed.
• Support back office operations byperforming non-phone responsibilities as assigned.
• Ensure allservices are completed in accordance with established proceduresand customer satisfaction standards.
• Adhere to punctuality andperformance guidelines, with potential to earn up to $200/month inperformance bonuses based on a monthly scorecard.

Ideal candidate:

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) with excellentverbal communication skills in both languages.
• Minimum of 2 yearsof face-to-face customer service experience.
• Must live in or nearKennesaw, Acworth, Woodstock, or Marietta.
• Must be able to attenda paid, three-week training program in downtown Atlanta.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learnagency-specific systems.

Schedule & Compensation:

Work Hours:

Tuesday

• Friday (8:00 AM
• 6:00 PM) and Saturday(8:00 AM
• 12:00 PM)

Pay Rate:

$15/hour plus monthly performancebonus (up to $200/month)

• Performance bonus eligibility beginsafter training and is applied in the month following completion
• Contract assignment with no specified end date
