Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing service information by answering questions and offering assistance. Maintains vehicle inventory by entering and verifying information, processes payments, releases vehicles from storage, and keeps an accurate register. Also handles incoming calls, directs calls to appropriate associates, manages mail distribution and correspondence flow, and performs additional clerical duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer telephone and direct the caller to the appropriate associate. Greeting and assist all walk-in customers/ visitors with a positive attitude and smile. Demonstrate responsiveness to requests from others and provide assistance when needed. Takes and retrieves messages for various personnel. Provides callers with information such as company address, directions to the company location, company website and other related information. Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mail. Assists with other related clerical duties Able to effectively handle pressure and high stress situations. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public. Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures. Works on billing completes Assists with auction

Requirements:

Must pass pre-employment drug screen as well as any random drug screens. No felony convictions No convictions of possession, sale or use of narcotic drugs. Ability to handle multiple lines at one time Must be able to multitask
