Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who enjoys working collaboratively, staying organized, and ensuring every detail is accounted for- from order entry to final delivery. This role is critical to maintaining smooth operations between our internal teams and external customers, whether supporting retail inquiries, assisting wholesale partners, or managing day-to-day logistics. The ideal candidate brings precision, professionalism, and a passion for home décor to everything they do. Primary Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and manage dropship orders in our ERP system, verifying availability, pricing, and shipping details.
  • Monitor the full order lifecycle to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Act as a liaison between internal remote teams in both our corporate office and retail location.
  • Maintain updated inventory levels across multiple platforms, proactively resolving discrepancies.
  • Submit invoices and upload tracking information through wholesale partner portals on a daily basis.
  • Communicate directly with retail customers to assist with product questions, tracking, returns, and backorder information.
  • Manage the full claims process for damaged shipments, quality concerns, or lost items with both customers and shipping carriers.
  • Maintain strong communication with wholesale partners, providing updates on inventory, fulfillment status, and backorder ETAs.
  • Support continuous process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Job Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-first mindset.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in order processing and data entry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated experience working with ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable collaborating with remote teams and serving as an on-site resource. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with dropship or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with wholesale customer portals and inventory management platforms.
  • A passion for or interest in home décor and interior design is a strong plus.
  • Ability to lift and move packages as needed in a warehouse environment.
  • Desire for long-term growth and advancement within the company.
